Join Sr. High Missions Trip to Express You Love for the Poor

The mission trips are an excellent opportunity that helps an individual to develop a deeper connection with Christ as well as a greater love, affection and care for others. As being a team member of the organization you will grow up your relationship with daily devotions, worship and evening discussions. The meeting can be both in a small group and within a large group. Serving the poor people will give you a wonderful chance to reach out the needy communities, interact with them and love them. They live a very miserable life that is far different from yours. You have to step out of your comfort zone and experience the diverse creations of God, while they will experience God in you.

The Mission trips are for all ages like junior mission trip, Sr. High Missions Trip and adult trips. These tours are organized by particular organizations who serve the poor and needy communities at distant places. Every year the trips are planned and people of all the age groups participate voluntarily. You can also plan a family mission tour. These trips last for a single day, a week or even a month depending upon the destination and the flexibility of the plan. Every year a large number of people join these tours to provide food, shelter and medical aid to the needy people. They spend time with them, play with the children and help them to reconstruct their dwellings. They teach them the basic techniques of survival that can provide support to them while in trouble.

There are some basic steps that are followed before departing for the Sr. High Missions Trip. Firstly, the organizing committee makes an announcement for the journey and notifies the public to join it. The applications are entertained and people are selected on the basis of first come first serve. A team of approximately fifty to sixty people is initiated for the journey.  After this step, the next one is to collect funds for the tour. The money is collected by requesting for donations, arranging brunches or lunch at the church, selling candles outside the church and the team members also donate their pocket money for this social work.  As soon as the adequate financial resources are collected, the team starts packing their bags for reaching the destination. They try their level best to help the poor persons and make them smile during their entire stay at that place.
